We want you to love your crystal tree as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

We only provide return shipping labels in the following cases:

- The tree arrived damaged.

- You received the wrong tree.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at thecrystaltrees.store@gmail.com with your:

- Order number

- Reason for return

- Photos if applicable

Once approved, you will receive further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
